What a start for the season it was for Inter against Genoa, winning 4 - 0. New signings Dzeko and Chalanoglu really put their mark down and we saw a little different Inter team under the Inzaghi already. They used to play a lot on the wings last season and it became so predictable were midfielders and attacking defenders delivered crosses to Lukaku and Martinez but this time there was so much movement and fluidity, their central gravity was so high and they kept creating chances after chances.
Verona on the other hand was left with zero points after the Sassuolo visit. I was expecting to see a different Verona team against Sassuolo because for some weird reason they let their previous head coach go and decided to hire Di Francesco who failed miserably with Cagliari. Hopefully, for Verona fans, he will do better this time. All being said, Inter with new signings and Inzaghi looked amazing and it is hard to see anything else than Inter win here.
