This is a tough one as Parrizas-Diaz beat Minnen 2-1 on 8/15/21. Parrizas-Diaz lost in 2018 2-0 but won in their first match 2-0 in 2014. Minnen's rank overall has zoomed as she made it to the sweet 16 in the US Open beating 2 opponents who were ranked well above her at the time (she was ranked 104 beating a 37th ranked player 2-1 and a 52nd ranked player 2-0.) Parrizas-Diaz has played great lately, qualifying for the US Open beating all opponents handily to get there, losing only 15 games in 3 matches going 2-0 in each, while Minnen lost 1 game in the 3 round qualifier to a player ranked 159th but got the last spot in the Open. All of the rankings don't mean a thing though as matches of nearly evenly ranked players at this level come down to who is prepared and momentum. In this case, Parrizas-Diaz just beat Minnen 2-1 a month ago so she has the confidence to beat her again but given Minnen's pretty good run in the US Open, she will be feeling the momentum and confidence from those matches. (Parrizas-Diaz lost her first match in the Open 2-1 after being up 1 set then losing 6-0, 6-2 to a similarly ranked player). I think Minnen probably wins but Parrizas-Diaz wins a set which means it most likely goes over 20 games. The Over 20 games is -150 while Parrizas-Diaz +1.5 set is -150 as well. Take the over 20 games as it leaves you some room if they don't go 3 sets but if sets go 6-4, 6-4, then you get a push.
