Okay I know Dimitrov has been in good form lately and has provided tennis viewers with some delightful matches, but I think Medvedev just doesnt suit him at all. If you want to beat Medvedev you need to produce winners, hard hitting forehands and have serve as one of your weapons, which, Dimitrov, has neither of them in his arsenal. I dont think his agressive slices, drop shots and driving-down-the court style will harm Medvedev much, since his returning and reaching impossible balls is on next level, hence why he is nicknamed the octopus. Plus he rarely does unforced errors so long rallies wont work either imo.
Dimitrov has NEVER won a set against Medvedev on a hard court, and last two times they played, hes beaten him comfortably.
