All we have to root for is Harris taking the first or second set. Harris served up 14 aces vs Nishikori and can withstand the rallies. Shapovalov has not made an ATP finals since late 2019. I just thinks he chokes late in tournaments or the nerves get the best of him. We only need one set but a win for Harriswould be sweet. My prediction is Harris squeezes a tiebreaker win in the first set to secure the bet. Shapovalov is also distracted at the moment with his comments on low prize money: "I do agree the prize money is low, and it's not motivating to play every week, and play all the big tournaments. There's not really a lot in it for us other than the Slams at this point, that are paying just as much or better." Sounds like he is not focused.
