Benfica come into this elimination after defeating Spartak Moscow both at home and away. They seem really solid this season especially after people had little expectations on them since last season the club had some internal problems. They are better in the midfield with Joao Mario coming from Sporting and Meite from AC Milan but they also got Yaremchuk who I consider a quality striker and he clearly showed how good he is by scoring and getting an assist in his 1st match with the team.

PSV also started this season pretty well playing offensive football and scoring a ton of goals, they also have a quality squad who can distract their opponents with their creativity and technique. They demolished Ajax on the supercup which might have been a surprise to many, defeated Midtjylland on the last round and started Eredivisie with a 2-0 win.

Expecting goals here with both sides having much more quality up front than on the defense. Even with Benfica's favouritism PSV have the quality to score at least one goal. Benfica knows that if they want to have a chance they need to score as many as they can in their stadium because playing in Netherlands won't be easy at all.
