Ternana coming from Serie C (yes they destroyed everyone last year in a weak 3rd league) and they have not started the season in great shape. Losing 3 and drawing last match against Monza whose attacking threat is below average. Somehow bookies think this game will be between two equal teams. Maybe! But I do think Parma here is a much superior team. They are favorites for the top spot to get back to Serie A. We are talking about the team whose market value is 5 times greater than Ternana and their only goal is to get back to the top league. They have struggled a bit at the beginning but they have changed almost their entire squad after dropping to Serie B. They have the quality, they just might need some time. That is the reason why I am not going with the ML. Ternana's defense was leaking while playing lower league(they just outscored everyone) but now the teams have much more quality upfront and defense has been a problem for them, conceding 10 goals in 4 games. Bookies offering us Parma to score twice with the odds of 2.25 (one hour ago odds were 2.65 and dropped to 2.25 while I was writing), which is insane in my eyes. Favorite to win the Serie B against newly-promoted Ternana.
