Match between the current 7th placed team Konyaspor and 8th place team Alanyaspor, tied at 13 points. Konyaspor is usually one of the toughest away games you'll find in Turkey outside of the top teams and they've been keeping that trend so far this season. 3 games played, 2 wins; one of them against Basaksehir which is a top 4/5 team in the league in theory, but that've been terrible this year and the other was against Altay, a team that has been making waves sitting currently in the 3rd spot being this their first season in the top flight in a long time; and a draw against Trabzonspor, current 2nd placed team. Very good results as they usually seem to get when playing in front of their fans. Now the more impressive part, in those 3 matches, they averaged 19,3 shots, with 6,7 of them being on target. Crazy numbers. They are team that shoots the most while playing at home and this resulted in 7 goals in those same matches. Defensively though, they've been struggling and conceded in most of the matches, including last week's 2-2 draw against Kasimpasa, a relatively poor team, where they were leading 2-0 and ended up tying. Now talking about their opponents, Alanyaspor, they started the season not in the best way, lost 4-1 and 5-0 in the 2nd and 3rd fixture, but with new manager Korkmaz they seem to have found their footing having 3 wins and 1 draw since his appointment. They've also kept cleansheets in all of the wins, but at the same time allowed a decent amount of attempts from their opponents, some of them very poor, and i believe that if they do that tomorrow, Konyaspor is more than capable of taking advantage as they've shown so far with goals scored in 6 out of the 7 matches they've played.
