Reasoning - I really like this bet out of the Europa Conference League. These teams played six weeks ago and it ended 4-2 for Basel. In both leagues, they both average more than 2 goals a game while conceding around 1. I anticipate a fair amount of goals here. Basel are the better team but being away in Kazakhstan may also lead to a bit more fatigue due to travel.
